All orders are subject to confirmation within 24 hours. Prices are listed in USD. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay orders receive a 10% discount on the product total. Credit card payments incur a 7.5% processing fee. Shipping is a flat rate of $150 per order.
All orders ship for a flat $150. USA delivery: 3–7 business days. International (UK, Canada, Australia): 7–14 business days. Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and GST are the buyer's sole responsibility. Pallet Liquidation is not liable for customs delays or fees.
All pallets are sold as-is and contain a mix of customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls. Item conditions vary from brand new sealed to open-box and customer-returned. Pallet Liquidation makes no guarantee regarding individual item functionality.
All sales are final. If there is a material discrepancy between the order placed and goods received, the buyer must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis.
Pallet Liquidation's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not responsible for loss of profit, resale losses, or consequential damages.
